My July Full Plate

As I was driving into work this morning I was thinking about all the things I need to do and realized what a full plate I have going on through the month of July. My husband's birthday is July 3, then of course we have July 4th and all its festivities, we (our family) is on vacation the week of July 7-11 (which there are many details to nail down for that week), my high school reunion is July 12 (which means get hair highlighted and cut and purchase a new outfit), Kay's birthday is the 21st so need to get all that planned out, invites sent, etc., then there is the school clothes and supplies shopping, posters that need to be made for PTA, dog needs yearly shots. They's a lot going on!!!!!!

Well, our "stimulus check" should be in the mail this weekend. Since it has taken so long for us to get it I am hardly excited about it anymore. The one thing I know I want to buy is a a new digital camera. When we found out about getting the stimulus check I started researching cameras and got my heart set on a Kodak; however, it was a model that was being discontinued. I have kept tabs on it since then and found a few places that still offered it for sale. Well, I went out and checked this weekend and none of my sources still carry it. I can't even find it on Amazon.com!!! Fooey! I have picked out a backup camera that I will buy instead.

I kind of want to make a crazy purchase of an Ed Hardy tshirt but not sure if I will do it or not. If you follow celebrities at all I am sure you have seen one of these tshirts. Ed Hardy is a famous tattoo artist from California. The tshirts have his tattoo art work on it. Pretty ingenious! Some of the tshirts are a little "too" much for me - graphic wise. They ALL are too expensive for me. If I did buy one I would get one on the lower end. This is my favorite one, it is actually a men's Tshirt, but there is NO WAY I am going to spend $121 for a Tshirt!!!!!!!
