Painting is almost done and my calves (boy are they sore!) are ready for it to be over. The only thing I have left to do is to paint the brown up to the corners where it meets a pink wall. I had a little change in plans and ended up painting two parallel walls brown and the other two pink. I am happy with the way it turned out. My goal is to have it all done by Tuesday night - including having the new bedding put on the bed. Wish me luck!
My husband got the new railing system installed on our front porch and it looks wonderful! Bless his heart he worked outside all day Friday and Saturday in the intense heat. It is really going to be hard to move from this house some day after all the hard work we put into it.
I came back to work today to a wonderful surprise. I knew a co-worker of mine was looking for a Wiemeriner (not sure on that spelling) dog and I also knew of a co-worker of my husbands who was giving one away so I hooked the two up. Well, my co-worker's wife works with David Cook's (American Idol) mom and she got a Tshirt from his mother that the family had printed up and gave it to me as a "thank you" for finding them the dog. I absolutely LOVE the Tshirt. I can't wait to get home and put it on!
Yesterday my friend Pam came over and we scrapbooked the entire day long. It was alot of fun. Pam is incredibly talented and I wish I could do half the work she does in her books and mine would be amazing! Her scrapbooking abilities are to die for! If and when I ever get my stimulus check I think I am going to take a little bit of it and go get me some more exciting scrapbooking "stuff" so that I can put a little more excitement into my pages.

Meet My Family
Coach: My husband who is "obsessed" with sports. If he isn't watching them on TV he is playing them on the PC. Thank goodness his coaching days are over because that was yet another corner of the world he devoted his life to. He will tell you he is not obsessed with ALL sports because he doesn't care for tennis or hockey. Coach doesn't have a romantic bone in his body but still manages to make me feel like I am the princess of the world. =)
Nemo: As in finding .... is our oldest child who is currently out "finding himself". Against the way he was raised and his family's wishes he took off at the age of 17 (is 18 now) to move in with his girlfriend who is BBB (Bleach Blonde Bimbo). I pray to God everynight that BBB does not become my future daughter-in-law someday because I do not know how I can find it in my heart to like her. Nemo has thrown away college, wrecked cars and burnt bridges with his family all because of BBB. I do know he was raised right and I pray he gets his head out of his $#@ and turns his life around real soon.
Energy: Is our second oldest. Energy is somewhat like his father and is obsessed with sports but for the mere fact for something to do. He cannot sit still and must be shooting baskets whether it be outside in the driveway or inside with his Nerf goal. He has even got out of bed after being in bed for 2 hours and came to us and told us he couldn't sleep and felt like "shooting some baskets". Get back to bed! Energy is currently playing his first year of school football and basketball. He is also going through a growth spurt as he wants to eat every 30 minutes!
Cupkayk: Is the only other female in the house besides moi. However, now that she is 13 she likes to be referred to as only "Kayk" which I pronounce like "cake" and she pronounces is like "Kay Kay". Whichever way you say it she is our girly girl who has alot to say and can say it in an extremely dramatic way. She likes clothes, texting and is "in love" with Nick Jonas from the Jonas Brothers. Kayk is a straight A student and plans on being a teacher and actress someday.
Master G: Is the youngest. Master G stands for Master Gamer. This little fellow has an obsession with video games. If we do not take the Nintendo DS at night time he will stay up all night long playing it. His future hopes are to become a game developer. When Master G can put his video games down he loves to run. Although he is little he is extremely tough and can run fast but we can't get him interested in playing football. If he ever changes his mind his opponents better watch out!
Koko: Is our beloved four legged friend. Part Beagle part Boxer she is a sweetheart, who is afraid of thunderstorms, loves Peanut Butter and Chapstick, and can bark your dog under the table any day!
